Your Will allows you to decide what happens to your estate and any children, for whom you have parental control, when you die. It enables you to make arrangements for those that you wish to benefit.

One of the most difficult decisions you can make relates to minor children. Your Will should make provisions for their care by way of appointment of guardians, as well as ensuring that your money, property and other assets are allocated in accordance with your wishes.

Before we start working for you, we will provide an estimate of costs and unless unforeseen circumstances arise, that will be the amount you will pay on completion.

There is no need to chase us for updates, we will provide you with regular updates either by phone, email or letter.
